This video is on raw food advocate David “Avocado” Wolfe’s insight with how and where fruit ripens. The answer is quite simple: most fruit ripen “on the ground” after it falls from the tree or vine. I have read this elsewhere in many different sources. First, you should know that you should only eat fruit that is ripe for consumption. Unripe fruit can be very acidic in the body. This video was shot at a “Longevity Now Conference” in California whose goal is offer leading health information from an alternative perspective to folks (and health enthusiasts) from around the world.
