San Diego Injuries: Importance of Sunlight & Healing the Body by Robert G. Wright
Attorney Mark C. Blane
Three things cannot be long hidden: The SUN, the Moon, and the Truth by Hindu Prince Gautama Siddharta, the founder of Buddhism, 563-483 B.C.
The truth is ALL life on planet earth is derived from the great sun we all share everyday. It is much like a great heart that beats towards and through every living organism on this planet. The oxygen that is in our atmosphere is actually transformed Sun energy by the plants of the earth. Plants absorb Sun rays (energy) in which they quickly transform to carbon dioxide (CO2) into the all important element of oxygen (O2) for all animals and living organisms to respire (breathe). Indeed, all respiration is depended upon solar (sun) enegery.
Think about it - the foods we eat are energy storages of transformed solar energy. When plants undergo photosynthesis, they capture energy from the Sun into their roots, leaves and stems. The Sun energy that beams down upon us is vital to our health. Our bodies are made up of millions of tiny capillaires that transport blood in and from the skin surface and Sunlight directly nourishes blood hemoglobin just like plant chlorophyll converts Sunlight energy into nutrients for the plant to produce oxygen.
I don't know about you, but I think Sunlight makes everyone cheerful and bright as it produces a very healthy and positive attitude. Research has shown that a lack of Sunlight is actually bad for the body and it has an opposite effect. In colder climates, most people stay indoors all winter long and are afflicted with what is called "seasonal depression" which has been associated with a lack of Sunshine. Reserch also shows that a good Sunbath is a very efficient eliminator of waste as it helps to draw out toxins from the skin which is the human body's largest organ; therefore it is the body's largest waste eliminator organ. Sunlight can build the immune system and increase the oxygenation of the skin. Check out a book by Dr. Zane R. Kime, M.D., M.S. entitled "Sunlight" for more information. Sunlight also lowers blod sugar as it has been shown to be a natural insulin.
In the video on this webpage, you will see author Robert G. Wright giving his take on the healing powers of the Sun and its important to us all. He is the author of Killing Cancer-Not People.
