This former client testimonial comes from "Russell B." - I helped him on his Vista area motorcycle injury and accident case. He sustained facial and neck injuries when a piece of tire stripped off of a vehicle in front of him while he was riding his motorcycle with an open face helmet. The tire struck his face and caused him injury - he was able to get the contact information of the vehicle and make a police report. The police officer contacted the person who owned the vehicle and we were able to show foundational evidence of the piece of "flying tire" being connected to said vehicle. However, keep in mind, there were no "independent witnesses." Yet, despite this obstacle, I was able to get him a good settlement based on the medical documentation, his credible testimony, and the Vista police officer report.
