SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT: What signatures are needed in order to file a California Minor's Compromise and Release with the California Superior Courts?

The person who will be named the Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) only needs to sign, unless the minor child is 14 years to 17 years old.  If this is the case, then the minor will need to sign the court documents as well. The attorney drafting the court paper work also signs.
