New Information for Anyone Involved in an Auto Accident from a San Diego Injury Attorney

Here is what one should do if injured in an auto accident:

1.  Check to make sure you and everyone involved in the auto accident is okay, and if there is an medical emergency, call 911;

2.  Start documenting all witness statements to the auto accident if possible;

3.  Obtain ALL information from ALL involved parties.  This is very important:  get all address, name, license plate number information (write it down).  I tell my clients to keep a disposable camera in their glove box, or a notepad with pen, or get a cell phone with a camera (a picture says a 1000 words!)

4. Call an experienced Accident Lawyer for a legal consult so you know and understand all of your legal rights!
