Dear current, and potential clients:
The Covid19 Pandemic has made difficult times for our community and everyone we have pledged to serve in San Diego. We, at the Law Offices of Mark C. Blane, APC, take the safety and well-being of everyone very seriously.
As with most people, we are closely watching the Pandemic, particularly with how it is affecting San Diego, and how it relates to our business. We have taken affirmative steps to effectively fight for your injury case as follows:
Our Offices Are Open During This Pandemic
There are only three differences in place with our law office as follows:
We restrict our hours for anyone to come to our offices to drop off or pick up. Since the conditions do change, especially in light of Governor Gavin Newsom’s recent re-closure of non-essential businesses in the State of California, we will do our best to update you.
Unless you have a scheduled appointment with Mr. Blane, we will confirm what hours you can come in to pick or drop off items on your case. Currently, anytime between 8:30 am and 1:30 pm, Monday-Friday, is available for pickups or drop-offs, but that could change. Feel free to call Mr. Blane directly or text him at 619.813.7955 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org anytime you would like to make an appointment for anything, just to be sure we are open and can serve you; and,
Instead of meeting face-to-face, if the client or potential client would rather meet via telephone only, or via Skype, Zoom or Facetime, we definitely can accommodate for that. If we do meet face-to-face, Mr. Blane will wear a facial covering in adherence to current Covid19 protocols.
As always, we are here for you 24/7/365, and you can call, text or email us anytime at email@example.com and 619.813.7955. We are proudly open and fighting the insurance companies on behalf of our clients every single day, just like we have been doing since 1999. In the unlikely event our law office would have to temporarily close, we still are able to work remotely on your injury case, without any negative repercussions or consequences.
We wish the best to anyone affected by the Covid19 Pandemic, and we are here to serve you. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach us as outlined above.
Stay safe and strong, San Diego, dated August 3, 2020,
Mark Blane, Trial Lawyer
