The Health Benefits of Wheatgrass & Raw Coconut Water

This video shows one of my "breakfast of champions" juices that is both flavorful and fun. I am big proponent of leafy greens like wild grasses (wheat grass), and both fresh water and salt water blue/green and green algaes for the body to intake proteins, amino acids, and chlorophyll. This one I learned from the late Ann Wigmore, the famous naturapath, and the mystical union of opposites (Coconut and Grass). These two foods in liquid form complement each other very well and there is ton of research out there to support the health benefits. I enjoy doing this one for both the health benefits and the taste. Most of the time it is very difficult to make the green drinks taste great and this recipe is so simple and so flavorful I had to show it on video.
