San Diego Dog Bite Attorney Discusses Injuries from Dog Bites

The Dog Bite Law in California states an owner is Strictly Liable for any dog bites to another person; this means the person bitten only needs to show the bite occurred, and not prove anything else like negligence (what lawyers call legal responsibility).
